1. Booking Process:
- Bookings/Enquiries can be made up to 14 days in advance via email or WhatsApp.
- Any medical history, injury, or current physical restrictions must be reported during booking.
- Confirmation of golf lesson(s) booking will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
2. Payments:
- All payments are non-refundable but bookings can be transferred to another individual upon request.
- Full payment must be made before the booking is confirmed by Cash, PayNow, PayLah, or Bank Transfer.
- We will issue you an invoice, please reference your invoice number during the payment transfer.
3. Lesson Rates and Duration:
Lesson Rates:
- All lesson rates are at SGD nett price and subject to change without prior notice.
Lesson Duration:
- Each lesson slot (per hour booking) is officially conducted over 50-minute sessions apart from advertised packages which can be in the format of 25-minute sessions.
Weekend Packages:
- Weekend packages can also be used on weekdays.
Customised Lessons:
- Customised lessons, group sizes, and structures are available upon request.
Lesson Packages / Programmes / Lesson Expiry:
- Golf Coach 10-session programmes are valid for 6 months from the first conducted lesson. VIP 10-session programmes are valid for 12 months from the first conducted lesson. Packages are strictly non-refundable.
4. On-Course Lesson Details and Charges:
- Beginner courses are limited to 6 and 9 holes.
- Intermediate and advanced golfers can book 18-hole sessions.
- The student-to-coach ratio is 3 students per coach.
On-Course Lesson Charges:
- 6 Holes: Please contact support for rates.
- 9 Holes: Please contact support for rates.
- 18 Holes: Please contact support for rates.
On-Course Lessons (上场教学):
- Students may pair up based on restricted lesson Tee-Times and the number of sessions below:
- 6 holes: 2 sessions (100 min.)
- 9 holes: 3 sessions (150 min.)
- 18 holes: 5 sessions (250 min.)
- Lighting Charge: $30 Nett.
- All prices include green fees, buggy fees, and any applicable taxes.
5. Cancellation and Rain Check Policies:
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the lesson will incur full charges.
- Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the lesson time, otherwise, the lesson will be considered conducted.
Rain Check Policy:
- The Rain Check Policy will be determined by the specific rules of the golf course where the lesson is conducted.
6. Use of Facilities:
- Golfers can use the changing rooms and practice greens for on-course lessons.
- Coaches are not allowed to play during course lessons unless the student is covering any costs incurred for the session.
7. PC & Handicap Certification:
- Certification will be conducted through Lip Golf coaches.
8. Additional Notes:
Coach Availability:
- All coaches conduct golf concierge travel and will notify students of their travel dates in advance as no lessons will be conducted during their absence.
Exclusions:
- On-course lesson rates do not include golf balls, buggy & green fees, short game facility fees, equipment rental for on-course, golf insurance, and/or any other test fees unless otherwise indicated.
Terms & Conditions:
- The terms & conditions of Lip Golf apply.
- Lip Golf Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
- The Terms and Conditions of each simulator facility and golf course apply.
By booking a lesson with Lip Golf, customers agree to these terms and conditions. Lip Golf reserves the right to amend these terms as necessary. For changes in bookings or further assistance, customers can contact the Golf Coach through Support.
